Each project we undertake has unique characteristics, but that’s not to say that we haven’t encountered them in some shape or form before. So we are usually able to provide an estimate in advance, to give you an idea of likely costs. Once we have had more detailed discussions about your exact requirements and expectations, we can prepare a detailed quotation listing all the costs involved, and a production schedule.

Once agreed, we tend to stick to our prices, so there will never be any surprise bills at invoicing time. We prefer to take the long-term view, and build up a lasting relationship with our clients, built on a level of trust from both parties. We find this works well for our clients, who are able to plan and budget for future repeat business, for example with subsequent editions of a regular newsletter.
