“My sincere thanks to PNDesign. Their professionalism and attention to detail has been second to none, resulting in high quality, eye-catching materials. We look forward to continuing to work with PNDesign.” Caroline Taylor, INSOL Europe’s Director of Administration (pictured here).

“Each year the requirements grow, and this year was no exception. As the main opportunity for the organisation’s members to meet, there were several overlapping meetings taking place at the venue. These required different branding and delegate materials, all produced by my team here at PNDesign.” Paul Newson, Managing Director.

Long-term planning
PNDesign worked closely with Caroline Taylor (INSOL Europe’s Director of Administration), on the design of all the key delegate materials for the event including a 200-page workpack. Three months of intense work led up to the event, with the final materials being published on an interactive CD-Rom for all delegates to keep for reference after the event.

Inspiration for the branding of this year’s event was drawn from the venue location – Stockholm, and Sweden’s national colours – blue and yellow. Several options were considered before the final logo and branding style featuring recognisable iconography that you see here was decided upon. This branding was then applied to a complete range of promotional materials including sponsorship flyers, registration brochures and guidance for delegates.

Keeping on budget, on schedule
PNDesign produced a detailed and fully costed production schedule for all the required materials for the main and sub-conferences for the organising committee to work to. As the event approached, the pace intensified as PNDesign began liaising with the speakers and presenters, to collate and edit their CVs and presentations for publication in the delegate workpack, along with all the other relevant materials such as programme of events and delegate list.

Once complete, the 200-page delegate workpack was printed and delivered to the event for distribution to the delegates.

At the venue
Consistently designed signage and information banners guided the delegates around the complex hotel layout. Stage set banners, table menus and pocket-programmes were also designed in the event branding to complete the picture.
